Spinning Capability

Our spinning partner unit is built on state-of-the-art machinery, manufacturing coarse to fine counts from 7s to 120s in cotton compact and spun yarns. With 43,776 compact / non-compact spindles, the latest back process and 2,720 Volkmann twisting spindles, the plant is fully geared to produce 2-ply and 3-ply yarns from Ne 16 to 120.

The plant produces 100% cotton carded and combed yarns, with capacity for stretch yarn with spandex / Lycra, slub, multi count, multi twist, zero twist and siro yarn. Three blow room lines handle cottons of different regions and quality parameters.
