Design Development
A team of highly trained designers creates inspiring new designs, with a focus on original, creative and unique artwork. To meet customer requirements and aesthetic preferences, our designers stay in touch with global trends, so our designs blend contemporary and traditional patterns.
Our colour separation and engraving technology lets us produce a wide range of sophisticated designs using fine mesh screens. The latest design software, on multiple CAD stations in our mills, delivers accurate results to each customer’s requirements.
Bleaching
Fabric preparation focuses on purity. Our bleaching process gives textiles the clarity and brilliance that form the right foundation for further processing.
We run continuous open-width bleaching on advanced systems designed to deliver consistent whiteness while preserving fabric integrity, using eco-friendly, internationally certified chemicals.
Dyeing
We constantly work to create new colours, from soft whites and subtle pastels to rich, vibrant reds and the deepest midnight blues.
Our continuous open-width dyeing range handles pigment, reactive and vat dyeing to international standards. Datacolor systems support colour batch preparation, and shade variance is kept under control with spectrophotometers.
Printing
With specially trained professional designers and state-of-the-art computerised CAD stations, we create and modify our own designs as well as designs supplied by customers. Two digital laser engravers let us produce high-resolution designs.

Finishing
Our stentering machines from Reggiani (Italy) and Monforts (Germany) have fully automatic controls and are used for batching and finishing, with Mahlo weft straighteners at the entry and exit points to avoid bowing and skewness. The machines are equipped with infra-red units, which help in pigment dyeing of pastel and medium shades.
We also have extensive calendering equipment, including the latest Nipco bowls, and a wide-width sanforising machine.

Stitching
Operating one of the largest cut-and-sew facilities in the industry requires perfection of skills, hands-on management and a real dedication to quality and timely performance. Bedding, quilting, curtains and table linen all call for careful cutting, stitching and finishing, and skilled workmanship and attention to detail keep quality consistent across our finished textile products.
